Ingredients:

2/3 c. Silk almond milk (you can even use the dark chocolate if you like)
4 large eggs
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
I like to add cinnamon… as much or as little as you like
6 thick slices of gluten free bread
butter or margarine
Directions:
1. Mix the eggnog, eggs, syrup, vanilla, and salt and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
2. Soak the slices of bread in the mixture until completely saturated. (on both sides)
3. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter.
4. Place the bread into the skillet (don’t get them too close together, you need room to flip them over) and cook until the underside is golden. Then flip over and cook until the second side is golden.
5. Serve hot with syrup… and I like to dust mine with powdered sugar Enjoy!
