Gluten-Free, Casein-Free Doughnuts


1/2 cup of coconut flour

1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

1/4 teaspoon of baking soda (aluminum free)

6 eggs -pasture raised

1/2 cup of honey or grade b maple syrup

1 TBSP of vanilla

1/2 cup of ghee, or coconut oil melted

1/4 cup cocoa or cacao powder (optional)



Mix all ingredients, except eggs.

Then add eggs two at a time, and mix well.

Pour small teaspoon size amounts of batter into doughnut maker, and cook for three minutes.

You can also make these in muffin liners and cook for about 15-20 minutes on 400 degrees.
