Laney’s Baked Beans GFCF

(This recipe is so good, it has been borrowed by many restaurants)

2 cans (28 oz. each) Gluten Free Baked Beans

7 Tomatoes, scalded, peeled and chopped

1 medium Onion - chopped coarse

1 teaspoon Mustard

1/2 cup Ketchup or BBQ Sauce

1/2 box Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Dark Karo or 1/2 cup Pancake Syrup

1/2 pound Bacon



Slightly drain beans and pour into a 13″ X 9″ baking pan.

Add all ingredients EXCEPT bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Turn down oven to 325 degrees, stir, and bake another half hour.

Stir again, lay bacon (cut into 2″ pieces) on top and return to oven. Bake another 45 minutes.
