Sorghum, Potato & Carrot Rich Indian Bread

Ingredients:

Sorghum flour - 1 cup

Boiled Potato - 2 small, peeled.

Carrot- 1/2 grated

Salt - to taste

Pepper- pinch,

Cilantro leaves - handful chopped

Red pepper powder- pinch

Cumin powder- 1 tsp

 

Directions:

Knead the sorghum flour into a dough with pinch of salt and luke warm water,   keep the dough aside.

Meanwhile mash the boiled potato with grated carrot, cilantro chopped   leaves, pinch of salt, pepper, red pepper powder, cumin powder.

Now mix the sorghum dough and potato, carrot mixture and make a smooth dough out of it.

Make small balls and flatten them with rolling pin like pizza base.

On medium heat shallow fry them in a flat pan, cook from both sides. and the bread is ready to eat.

Can eat with your favorite cream dips.
