Victoria Sponge

Ingredients:

3oz Vitalite spread

6oz sugar

3eggs

6oz Doves farm SR gluten free flour

1tbs boiled water

 

Directions:

Cream Vitalite and sugar then add eggs.

Fold on flour and add boiled water.

Spread mixture into 2 sandwich tins

Bake on middle shelf at 170C for approx 15 minutes.

Check by touching lightly in middle if it springs up remove and cool on wire rack.

When cool sandwich together with jam of your choice.”
