A report in The Times newspaper in the UK reported last week on a ruling that a grammar school had been wrong to refuse to make special provisions for an autistic pupil sitting its entrance examination. The boy broke down and wept in the middle of the 11-plus exam after becoming disorientated by the unfamiliar surroundings. Polly comments on this story and was asked by London's leading commercial news radio station to go live-to-air with her opinion and views. This programme sets the context for a discussion of the issues raised with Carol Stott and also includes an extract from Polly's interview with LBC's Jeni Barnett.
