Autism Spectrum

Where does your child fall on the autism spectrum?  There is a popular saying that goes, “If you’ve seen one child with autism, you’ve seen one child with autism.”  We at the magazine believe this to be true, making the term “spectrum” especially appropriate considering the diverse symptoms, abilities, and challenges among those diagnosed with autism.  As varied as the individuals on the spectrum are, so are the methods by which the challenges autism presents can be met.
